Job DetailsConstruction Superintendents complete organizational and project management responsibilities to effectively lead the construction team and ensure they have all of the resources they need.
Responsibilites will include but not be limited to:
Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocationCollaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timelineCoordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliersCreate schedules for workers and subcontractorsHire additional subcontractors and assign work accordinglyMaintain a daily log for the job site's operations, reporting to management as necessaryMake changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlinesImplement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficientInterested in hearing more?
