Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needsBathes, dresses, and undresses residentsAssists with toileting of residents/patientsServes and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring helpTransports residents or assists residents to walkTurns and repositions residents, alone or with assistance, to prevent bedsoresChanges bed linens as neededTakes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directedAxxess Health Services LLC Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Requirements:
