We have a group of 6 dental practices that need call center support as we manage a high volume of Dental office incoming calls.
As a critical part of our team and patient experience, you will be responsible for the following:
Answer phones with enthusiasm and excitement Be accommodating and book our patients for their appointments or assist in answering any questions they have Direct clinical calls to the patient's doctor Work with Practice Managers and office teams to provide an exceptional patient experience Assist with insurance verifications and breakdowns for new and existing patients Provide a stellar patient experience!
