00pm; Say until last patient is seen, premium hours paid

8-hour Monday through Friday
Call:
All providers take their own on-call coverage
Patient volume:
12 to 15 patients per 4 hours (24 to 30 patient per 8hours)

Requirements:
Board Certified with active Illinois license or active IMLC Compact license
