Vice President of Finance

NATURE OF WORK The Vice President of Finance will serve as a key member of the company's leadership team. This individual's key responsibility will be to serve as an advisor to both executive and operations management. The Vice President of Finance will report to the President & CFO, and will take on a broad range of duties in financial analysis, risk management, M&A, capital allocation and information systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Analyze the Company's overall and plant financial results with an emphasis on trends, cost and compliance with budgets. Work with business leaders and company teams to identify key operational opportunities . Support relationships with lenders, brokers, and other key support organizations. Provide financial analysis tools to evaluate capital expenditures, internal programs, and product costing. Complete other Finance and Administrative duties as required. SUPERVISION RECEIVED Work is performed under the supervision of the President & CFO. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS Work is performed primarily in an office setting with occasional moderate noise, though the norm is quiet. At various times, will spend of his/her daily time on the Production floor where noise tends to be moderate to heavy. Travel is a necessary part of this position. This role will spend time primarily in the greater Chicagoland area. Travel to other company facilities as needed. SUCCESS FACTORS Desire to work in a fast growing, family owned company. Team Orientated, with the ability to communicate effectively across the organization and as a company representative to outside stakeholders. Worked in a manufacturing environment for a minimum of 5 years Responsible for evaluation and negotiations for health and business insurance. . Exposure to a Company ERP Conversion. Experience managing an acquisition process, including opportunity sourcing, due diligence, and integration. Interested in longer term success and professional growth and advancement. EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE 10 or more years accounting and financial management experience. Experience working in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. CPA or MBA preferred, but not required. Experience in leading and managing teams.
Salary Range: $173K - $195K

11 - 15 years

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
