Order Processing Manager Central Business Unit

The Order Processing Manager will be responsible for supporting the Central Business Unit by providing strong commercial support to PERI sales and engineering staff by advising on optimal order processing methods. The Order Processing Manager will lead, train and manage a team of order management staff responsible for the processing of customer orders in accordance with company guidelines and policies. Objectives: Ensure the best possible customer service through professional customer interaction and management of orders during a project's lifecycle Provide strong commercial support to PERI sales and engineering staff by advising on optimal order processing methods Lead, train and manage a team of order management staff responsible for the processing of customer orders in accordance with company guidelines and policies Develop training plans and document best practices in order management while focusing on continuous improvement Responsibilities: Responsible for all branch related PSD (PERI's order entry system) activities Assess continuity between contract and orders Substitutions CaRe assessment & billing preparation Scrap billing preparation Excess (in close cooperation with Logistics Manager) Inventory taking (in close cooperation with Logistics) Local implementation of PSD updates and best practices Support logistics in PSD related tasks (e.g. consumption, new-to-used, modification, repair bookings, etc.) Basic project management (project closeout, jobsite material movements, etc.) Personnel management Functional and disciplinary responsibility for all order management employees (evaluate, hire, over-time management, etc.) Train and onboard new order management employees Complete, review and develop action plans based on the order management benchmarks and KPIs Analyze and interpret project performance (KTR Report) Train and implement new order management processes and best practices Advise internal and external customers on optimal billing models Manage customer complaints and facilitate appropriate customer service measures Coordinate consumable sales order fulfillment Process local components & plywood sales Work in close cooperation with the Logistics Manager on order management and logistics related initiatives Interface with PERI HQ on material import / export related topics Delivery & returns scheduling (data maintenance in ERP systems) ? Freight management Requirements: Bachelor's degree & minimum 5 years of relevant work experience or more than 8 years of relevant work experience Experience in customer service and strong commitment to customer satisfaction Understanding of basic financial statements and transactions related to the construction or rental industry Rental or construction industry and equipment application knowledge preferred Strong leadership qualities Strong communication skills, articulate and well-written Continuous improvement focused Proven ability to maintain focus, quality control, and excellent customer service in a high traffic, dynamic office environment Fluent in English (bi-lingual in Spanish helpful) 5% travel flexibility Microsoft Office proficiency The company offers benefit options including medical, dental, vision, supplemental options, 401k retirement with company match, paid holidays and PTO (paid time off). The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
